Shell of a Time/ Townhome Port St.Joe

3BR/3.5BA Barrier Dunes townhome

Barrier Dunes is a gulf front, gated community that is loaded with extra amenities. There are two community pools, one is gulf front with a boardwalk to the beach; tennis courts, fishing ponds, a children’s playground and doggie stations throughout the neighborhood. It’s a fantastic community to visit year around and is located adjacent to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

On the Main floor, you’ll find a spacious living area, a well-equipped, full kitchen, dining area, and a balcony. The second- floor has two bedrooms with private bathrooms Master bedroom (room1) king bed private bathroom with tub/shower combination as well as stand alone shower. Twin bedroom (room2) has two twin beds with attached bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. Top- Floor (room3) has two queen beds with an attached bathroom with double vanities large soaking tub and stand alone shower. Also, a large walk-in closet. Situated in the family-friendly, gated community of Barrier Dunes, you and your guests can also enjoy the community pool and playground as well as the many common areas with boardwalks that offer easy access to the beach.

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at "Shell of a Time". We were three couples so it was great to have bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated, the amenities were nice, and the beach was beautiful. Being so close to the state park on the peninsula was fantastic as well. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again!

"We absolutely love Barrier Dunes and this condo fit our family very well! We appreciated the room to spread out and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The condo is located in a perfect spot within the complex. We could tell that there were many new things added to the condo to make our stay more enjoyable. It was clean (minus some stains on the carpet) and we definitely felt at home while we were there! We would for sure go to this condo again if it is available for our next vacation.

"This place was a great stay for 8 people. The place was clean, had all of the basic necessities already in the house, and the walk to the beach is about 3 minutes max! The community is gated and all of the people were very friendly. The beach is a lot more quiet and less crowded compared to nearby Panama City, which we loved. The host was very quick to respond and always helpful! The only downside to our stay was that the grill on the main deck was moldy, but no place is perfect. Do note when booking that this location is about a 30 minute drive from downtown port Saint joe and there are little to no grocery stores in closer proximity! Overall a great experience!
