Wonderful beach home

"It was a wonderful beach home with ample space in both the common areas as well as beautiful bedrooms for people to spread out for their own quiet time. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 10 guests and one dog we really enjoyed that this was a very quiet part of the island. A very easy walk to the beach, about one minute. The fully stocked kitchen was enjoyable to work in. And we love the multiple decks on the front and the backside of the home. The beach home is very comfortable. The outdoor shower made the beach and the sand easy to clean up after an enjoyable walk along the gulf. We love the paved pathways to walk and jog off of the street. Great vacation with unforgettable memories!

"Beautiful property in a beautiful setting on an uncrowded island. Beach access was easy and bike riding, hiking and seashell collection was wonderful. Almost (but not quite) like we had the whole island to ourselves. Tip for future guests: Bring paper goods as the host does supply some but not quite enough for 8 days. Island has a gorgeous park at the East end; go there, it's Florida Coast at it's best. Plenty to see and do in Eastpoint and Apalachicola, short drives away over the Causeways. Captain Chase is the man to see if you want to ride on an airboat and see swamp wildlife (yes, alligators, too).
