The open concept living, dining, and kitchen is perfect for spending time with your family. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, 6-person kitchen island, and open shelving. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity. The second bedroom features a queen bed and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom that features a double/single bunkbed. The large back porch is screened in and overlooks the fenced in back yard perfect for the four-legged friends!

"This place was amazing. The location on the island is great. The house is private but also extremely close to all restaurants/stores. It was a very short walk to the beach, and it has a huge backyard. The golf cart was also a huge plus! The host responded very quickly and was very kind. Highly recommend!!

"The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our time at the beach which is just down the road. The house is walking distance to everything on the island. We really appreciated that when the thermostat went out the house manager responded immediately and he had an AC guy come out to the house the same day and it was fixed so fast. We were very happy also that the house is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog who loved running around in the backyard.

"The place was perfect. It was within walking distance to the beach and very peaceful. My family had a wonderful time. Only negative was a misinterpretation on our part. The listing stated place with golf cart. It was actually an extra $125 a day. No big deal. Other than that, we are planning on returning.

"Great location close to town and easy walk to beach, big kitchen with large counter height bar for hanging out, open living room, comfortable for a small family. Made use of the golf cart and hose to wash off the sand when returning from the beach, kids enjoyed trying to locate the tree frogs in the evenings. The water pressure in the showers will massage you after a long day on the beach. Also the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, cookware and spices.

"Great location only a couple blocks from the beach- walkable but even easier with golf cart (note it is an electric not gas powered one). Close to restaurants, grocery and shops. The large spacious backyard for our doggies to romp around in was great- a pool addition would increase value (careful of all the little prickers lying around- easy to bring inside and get stuck in the rugs!) Kitchen is nicely stocked with spices and pots and pans. Bathroom toiletries were a nice touch. Cozy and comfortable- it worked well for us traveling with 3 young kids.

"Overall the house was great. Clean, big yard and a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. However, for a beach house where one gets sandy often and is showering multiple times a day, I would expect to have extra towels. Especially for a house that accommodates a lot of guests. Check-in was easy but it would be better if the door code wasn't such a long number (i think it was like 7+ digits) so you could more easily remember it and not have to whip out your phone each time. Or, if it needs to be 7 digits, that it was your phone number or something memorable. Also, BEWARE! The door auto locks when you close it so if you leave your phone inside while you run out to your car, it'll lock behind you and you won't have the long code to get back inside. We tried to remember to turn the deadbolt when exiting so it wouldn't lock behind us. The primary shower doesn't drain so be mindful if several people are using it. Lastly, we didn't get check-out instructions so we did our best.
